Easy service

Very easy to use service. Out vets made the claim direct so all we had to pay upfront was the excess. Only little niggle is it took about 10 days for it to be paid. So just wish the claim was processed and settled a little quicker. But other than that great service. Had an email from the insurance emporium when they had received the claim and then again once the claim had been settled. Reviewed on: 13th September 2019
