Was told that I should get track box for my daughters car as it would reduce her insurance. The quote came back for renewal at £114 more when I asked why,I was told it was because my daughter had gone out in the eve. Again I said that does not reflect on her driving ability which I was led to believe the box tracked not areas and curfews. To which I was told you got a booklet explaining and I should have read it. We actually had no book a device with no instructions a web address to download the app. I think it's appalling that we were conned like this. We did not renew. And I also am insured with them till December and I will not renew.
