Had insurance with them for 3 years, never made a claim, same car, 8 years NCD but the premium increased by nearly £250.Called, got an unhelpful advisor, Faisal, who refused to ask a supervisor to call me then cut me off -absolutely shocking. Sainsbury's name will suffer with this company!
Looked on line - other quotes are so much cheaper. If this how they treat loyal customers, I'd hate to think what would happen if I needed to make a claim.
