Call them up to ask a question... “we will have to call you back about that” HAVE THEY EVER CALLED ME BACK? NO! Is it ridiculous that my black box is late after getting messed about for months with my insurance! YES! I’ve been told two completely different things about whether or not I’m covered if I drive before it arrives. The inconsistency is insane. I’m ready to get my insurance elsewhere if nothing is sorted on Monday.
