Hard work but decent cashback

I was attracted to this card because of the cashback, but have spent a lot of time sorting it out over the past few months. Had problems activating the main card online and needed to phone to get it sorted ( the second card was activated OK). Then my direct debit wasn't set up properly. More phone calls, but it was set up and they refunded the charges. And they will only give us a credit limit equal to our monthly income, so when we paid for our holidays we went a small amount over the limit and have been hit with a £12 charge. Should have paid on our old card which has a decent limit. I'm persevering as surely everything is set up OK now. But I daren't use it as my main card until they give me a decent credit limit.
