Avoid these lying losers

On only my second transaction, they somehow "lost" nearly 500 euros I was transferred. Monese tell me they have not received the funds, but the sender's bank says they traced the transfer and got a message confirming funds had been received and deposited in the payee's account. I have to assume Monese put my funds in someone else's account and can't now be bothered to find them. They keep saying the money, if it existed, would be returned to the sender within 2 weeks - it's been THREE MONTHS now. Customer service is dismal, days and days talking to a chatbot before someone in Estonia finally answers, unhelpfully. In my case trying Monese was a mistake - a very expensive mistake!
