Support and help after a car incident in car park

I was very upset after an accident in a car park. Two very aggressive people were angry with me for a minor ding to their car when I was reversing. I stopped swapped information with them, and went home to phone Endsleigh with the news. By the time I called endsleigh I was very emotional and in tears...The staff were very calm and understanding and advised me on the next steps to be taken. They supported me and smoothed away problems. I was very grateful for the support. Reviewed on: 8th September 2021

I rarely need insurance claims, but when the unthinkable happened and I was in an accident, Endsleigh were there for me and helped through a stressful time.

I was in an accident, bumped into a large off road vehicle while reversing.. the driver and his wife were very aggressive although I stopped and exchanged insurance company details with them. There was a small bumper dent on their car as I was edging out and no speed was involved. Had a small crack on one of the rear lights... By the time I got home, I was very distressed and in tears.. I phoned Endsleigh right away and the girl I spoke to was very calming and understanding.That poor girl must have wondered who on earth she was dealing with because I could hardly speak at one point.She also asked if I was injured or alone, did I need help I explained I was really alright , I was just being silly. She took my details and told me to leave the rest to Endsleigh. The company called me back an hour later to tell me it was all in hand and checked to see if I was all right. It was really a personal touch which helped me cope and helped me calm down. I am not normally a flustered person but the stress of it all hit me hard that morning.
