My finance which was always paid in full and on time was cleared when I purchased a new car. Despite Alphera receiving and cashing the cheque they failed to apply the funds to my account. They then took another months direct debit.
Despite fully admitting they need to refund this money they are using all manner of excuses to avoid doing so, so I have now had to turn to the Financial Services Ombudsman for help.
Total joke of a company that willingly lies to you over the phone. Avoid at all costs.
