Please dont waste your money on this company. I’ve had 3 appliances insurances since 2016. Had to make my 1st claim in May this year for my washing machine. Called and the advisor said someone would call the following day, this never happened. I called repeatedly to be told the same thing- someone would call back. In the end I spoke to Hotpoint who allowed me to cover the same appliances for a little more money each month, sent an engineer out the following morning who was with me for 30 minutes and left me with a working washing machine. Left my policy with Kaput running for a further 2 weeks and heard NOTHING! They soon started to call and write once I cancelled the direct debit requesting payment. Kaput is not to be trusted, many other reviews have been left online with similar issues to me.
