I have banked with 1st Direct for 17 years and cannot fault it. If I need to telephone them the call is quickly answered by a person, not an automated machine. That person can usually deal with almost all queries and if I have to be transferred there is no delay. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The Internet banking site is very secure,easy to negotiate and clear to understand. The monthly saver account currently offers the best interest rate of any other bank.
