When I thought about taking on a small mortgage and approached the Monmouthshire the response was very tempting. However the need for it passed, thankfully, but I would have had no hesitation in using the product.

I have NEVER had a negative experience when dealing with the Monmouthshire building society . That is a statement that is rarely heard today. It may not be the most competitive financially but certainly rates with the greatest for customer service. I use the office at the Handpost in Newport and it is always a pleasure doing business with whoever is manning the desk.
