Really bad customer service

Payments are often frozen and fund held for "security reasons" even though they are well bellow the account limit. Any inquiry and customer service takes days to reply. Apparently all their employed are busy replying to negative social media reviews. Disregarding their customers troubles. Reviewed on: 19th November 2019
