It's ok but prone to IT glitches

The first time an IT glitch happened , online /app banking was unavailable to use for far too long before the problem was fixed. It's happened again since then and , in my opinion, these IT problems reflect badly on the TSB and cause disruption for their customers.The service from the staff at my local branch is very good indeed. They are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019
