I would love to know which Co Op executive signed off on the new business website. This person is a lazy idiot who has never had this site tested by customers. At least the old site worked you have now created a Frankenstein site so far behind your competitors its untrue. We're leaving.

Would like to give more but denied the opportunity. Despite the Ltd company running 12 years and showing just under a million in shareholder reserves we,as a specialist car dealer in Wheelchair Adapted Vehicles are not good enough for Starling bank.

Don't even think of applying for a mortgage with these people if you are a company director. They have absolutely no idea how Ltd companies operate. If you're a sole director and your company has shareholder funds just under a million this does not compute with the Coventry. Feeble training of underwriters and ludicrous questions.
They feel they are doing you a favour not providing a service.
