Totally useless!! I disputed a fraudulent transaction. They asked for more info, I sent this 4 times! and they then sent me another letter stating they hadn't received any further communication and have closed the case. It has now surpassed the time limit for them to dispute, so I'm now liable to pay this fraudulent transaction. I will be cancelling my card and going elsewhere. The worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with.
