Everything about Starling Bank has been very easy to use. I switched from a more traditional bank account and in 15 years with that bank I never felt anywhere near as respected as a customer as I do now. Starling are incredibly transparent and very clearly focused on giving the customer a positive experience over price-gouging.

Natwest have gone above and beyond to help me out when Student Finance have been late on payments, they've made sure I don't incur any charges in areas that I absolutely would have and have been fully understanding and quick to act when I've needed help.
