Very slow to update son's black box info on his car, but trying to get in contact with this company is dire. Website never seems to be working to check mileage, having to pay an extortionate amount of money for extra miles and then they don't even register receipt of payment for them. Very poor admin, I would look elsewhere for insurance folks.
