I mainly manage my account online so do not have many dealings with BOS directly. However, when I have had to contact to resolve an issue, it has been dealt with swiftly & promptly. I am happy with the service I receive. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2017

I opened my current account back in 1998 when it was the former Midland bank. I have always received great customer service whenever I have had a problem (which is extremely rare). I have only encountered difficulties logging in online once back in January 2016 when the system was offline over a couple of days. However, technical difficulties do occasionally happen and less so with HSBC when compared to other banks such as Natwest. I am happy with how the bank values me as a costumer and intend on banking with them for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2017
