I have spoken to the advisors a number of times to resolve problems with my account. They are always friendly and help me out when I need them. They also helped prevent fraud on my account.

When contacting them the advisors are always frienday and helpful. There are not too many touch tone phone options so you can talk to someone quickly to sort out any issues.

I needed to contact them to change the method of paying my bill. The customer service advisor was very helpful and explained the process fully as well as offering options on how to set this up. We chose the best method based o my circumstances and all details were followed up with an email explaining what had happend. Very impressed.
