Poor rate compared to other financial providers, refused collection from bank without passport, despite having the card and pin I used to order the travel money. Will go elsewhere next time.

Have taken a short term loan twice now with Ratesetter and found them to have the best rates around, simple website to use and are quick in processing the loan. No nasty surprises on an early repayment.
