I am so grateful for the fantastic support my daughter had when she had a life saving operation for a burst appendix in Portugal. Staff were caring, reassuring and very efficient organising flights and accomodation to enable me to be with her. The support continued whilst there and everything was done to make us comfortable and return us home safely. Thank you!
