How many times did you get your branch bank transfer locked?
How many times did you need to wait more than 48 hours just to receive a simple reply from your bank?
How many times your branch bank put you under the stress of not understanding what is going on with your account?
Revolut is not a bank, it will never be unless it changes its policies drastically, their customer service is amateur, God knows what happens in the compliance team, they are clearly not prepared for such challenges, the company is rude to its customers, unresponsible to handle people's money. You don't need much more than a quick look at their social media to find it out.
I understand Revolut is a startup, but it doesn't have core values to serve people, it does not serve the revolution, it serves its own, brings complexity and uncertainty to an already uncertain floor.
