The website appears to have several bugs or failings that have not been fixed for weeks. The code generator for verifying payments etc is horrible. Tiny buttons, plus users cannot replace the battery, so it would be very inconvenient if the battery died while abroad, the account would be inaccessible. (I have a Nationwide one where user can replace the battery)
