I booked an appointment at my local branch to discuss a personal loan. When I arrived everyone was so friendly. I got taken into a consultation room, discussed all my personal finances. The advisor was very friendly and made me feel at ease and was giving fantastic advice. The following day the money was in my bank and I was able to go ahead with fantastic home improvements
