The security login process of both the app and online banking is so convoluted and difficult to remember the login details for, it totally puts you off login in. Which is not great of you want to keep on top of your money like me.

The app and website design is fantastic. Everything runs like clockwork. It's easy to view your accounts. Simple to send and receive money, set up standing orders or direct debits etc. You can get text alerts that make it easier to keep an eye on your balances.
