So went along with a quote on 31st December and told me I was covered from the 1st January 2020. Tried to complete my registration and won't send me no emails to do this. So today (1st Jan) I find out that they haven't done my insurance, so I am not covered. So I know how no car insurance £55 gone out of my account and the bloody company is not even open. This is my first ever time using this company and right now it hasn't been a good start.. So I have to rely on family members taking me to work and picking me up again. Awful company
