As soon as you want to do regular everyday banking, Monzo fails you. Checking payee details, good luck with that. Changing a date on a standing order - not that easy. Style over substance.

Ok, so I pay for the account, but the benefits are really great value and much better than I could get for the price if I bought individually. The app is great, I can do virtually anything I need to wherever I am. A bank that just works, what more do you need?!
