I was very satisfied with the way the Brightside agent handled my renewal on the telephone. Although it was in his brief to sell more product he didn't become 'pushy' when I decided whether or not to enhance my policy with additional benefits. My only complaint is that since renewing my insurance, I have had about three emails and two paper mail reminders that it is time to renew and giving me quotes - it looks like the Marketing team have not been made aware that the deed is already done.
