Bank bashing has become pretty fashionable, but it has to be said that NatWest has been there for our business since we started. Relationship management has been attentive and lending support available when requested. The online banking app works very well to make day to day management of the account very straightforward. Only small observation is that there can sometimes be a disconnect between the personal bank and business bank in the management of the whole picture.
