Followed a recommendation for Zopa -they are as bad sent everything now being bombarded with emails saying whats to do next ie send in info have done so 5 times !!!
Also if you follow the link from Clearscore recommendation they then email you to say your score will drop !! Should tell you that first really.
Its just a money making machine that really does not care about ‘you’ as an individual even when you complain to Clearscore they just pass the buck on to Zopa who are at best bloody useless - I am dinding another credit score company who actually care
