Poorly differentiated and has fallen behind other new banks. Clearly intended to be bought by a bigger company or to become a platform, neither of which have happened, so uncertain future.

The multi-currency card, whilst sounding like a good idea, has twice led me to be charged double fees in the wrong currency. Steer clear!
