I've been with Monzo for about a year now and it's like no other bank that I've been with. The app is incredible and SO helpful for budgeting, and their staff are super friendly. I can't imagine ever banking with anyone else now.

Monzo just keep surprising me. At first I thought the idea of branchless banks was a little inconvenient, but I've now been with Monzo about 9 months and would not switch back to a traditional bricks and mortar bank if you paid me. The app is amazing and their customer support chat service is absolutely fantastic. The savings pots are one of my favourite features, particularly as you can lock a pot and then turn on round-ups, which is a huge help for my savings.
