I wanted to get my NCB proof from them to transfer my insurance. Forget calling them as the y keep you on the phone and charge you a fortune while you're waiting. I went on live chat and even got an email of proof of my communication online. On three occasions i was let down. They are the worst company I have ever come across. Thank God my new insurer Direct Line were fantastic. They didn't charge me a penny for having no proof straight away and waited six weeks. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AUTONET !!!!!!!!!!! GANGSTERS.
