A new bank acting the same as old ones.

Focus on marketing and trying to seem new when operating in the same old school way as legacy banks. Formal like old banks, focus more on their security than focusing on helping users, and poorly designed app features. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

I have followed this bank from infancy. When the bank was young and couldn't offer everything, they focused on critical things people wanted that even main line banks still didn't have. Fast forward to now and their features are paving the way of legacy banks trying to keep up with what people needed and can now achieve with monzo. The customer service is on point. Very friendly, extremely reactive and focus more on being helpful to the customer than forcing customers through painful and frustrating legal processes that show a bank clearly and in apologetically cares more about its own benefit than the customer. What's best is that Monzo actively want bad feedback to see what to focus on and improve. Simply put they are a bank that want to listen to their customer and want to make success and money by giving customers as much value as possible. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020
