They keep chaning their policies and taking away things that made them good at the beginning. They are also trying their had to push a horrible Plus version of their current account and they are planning to take away essential features like customer service. Be wary if you have cash as you will be charged an extra £1 for deposit. Stay away from Monzo and use any other bank, even old fashioned banks are better.
