Dissatisfied with Branch service

I’ll keep it short. Have been with Nationwide for years: ISAs, Mortgages and accounts. After several attempts to talk to someone from the Kilmarnock or Irvine branched I gave up. Have subsequently moved to another another ended. Their loss, I also found some staff old fashioned in their values and views. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Innovative banking

I have had many bank accounts over the years. Many try hard to modernise their approaches via apps and tools within whimsy holding on to traditional methods. The main reason I opened a Starling account was for travel ease. I was fed up getting hit by bigger than expected bills when my transactions were updated - eventually. I love the rates and transparency of using starling abroad. I am also blown away by the very fresh, modern mobile savvy approach that Starling use - it takes mobile banking to a new level !
