The stocks & shares part is perfectly fine, but their app itself is too confusing, with (I think) some basic features lacking.

I've been with this bank just over a year now, and I can honestly say it's the best one yet. The interest is good on deposits, customer service spot on, and their banking app is a clear example of how one should be. Can't fault them.
