I have been with Animal Friends for 10 years and at first I was very happy with them. In the lat 12 months I have had to contact them twice once for my dog, who I have been paying for 10 years and they only paid a percentage of the cost. Second for my cat who I took to the out of hours vet which cost me £316.42 and even with a Superior Plus policy they paid me £70.95!!! They only pay for life threatening conditions. I believed it was or would have waited for my vet to open. She had severe diarrhoea and was floppy, I could see her going downhill fast. Read ALL the small print and then go with someone else.
