Opened a FlexDirect primarily to utilise the 5% on £2500 offer for new customers. It would be good to see better offers for existing customers however. Account opening was straightforward, initiated online and finalised in branch.

Previously, I have had to switch every year to get a deal, however Churchill have retained me for several years now by offering reasonable quotes which I either haven't been able to beat elsewhere, or wasn't worth the hassle for a couple of quid.
