I was struggling and missed a £16 direct debit Santander then charged me £25 putting me £20 overdrawn witch then because I have no overdraft was charging me £6 a day when I went in to a branch I was fobbed off to call them from their branch I was told it was my problem for not organising my finances. Great job Santander another customer lost
