Do not deal with these. 3times I spoke to somebody to remove my daughter from my policy when she passed her test. I changed my car so had to update details told somebody again she needed to be removed. I have a renewal price sent me now which is a riducous amount and this is because my daughter is still on the policy. So I'm guessing when I changed my car and they charged me an extortionate amount to do this is because my daughter was still on the policy despite requesting her to be removed. I've messaged endlessly and they are just choosing to ignore all my messages and I can see that they have been read. Shocking customer service. Reviewed on: 25th January 2020
