Opened account while ago. Lost card, telephoned told new one ordered. Waited for it to arrive as was going abroad and needed it for this. It didnt arrive, i called to be told, system error and order was rejected! Tried to get it fast tracked, it didn't happen. I left without it, couldnt pay whar i needed to as no card. Cost me extra £5000,they gave me no help, said nothing they could do. MANAGERS SAID THAT!! PHONE PERSONNEL WERE SUPERB AS I WAS IN TEARS.

I have banked with first direct for a long time. Got mom to open account, friends here me speaking to them like old friends. Helpful when i need help, ALWAYS!! Open 24x7x365 what more is there to say. Superb!!
