At first I was hesitant about taking out my pet plan with Bought by Many as I didnt know the company. However, I took the policy and find them highly professional and always there to help. I would have no hesitation in reccomending them to others.

Despite calling the bank to advise that I was transferring savings to my current account to buy a new car,I was not allowed to purchase it because they failed to acknowledge my email. I had to wait over 2hrs to get a response from the bank. Very embarrassing!

I found this company interested in my finding the correct policy. I have not had a claim yet so cannot review the claims experience, but hoping it's as good as when I was choosing cover.
