Opened a credit card with these clowns less than a month ago, went to use app yesterday and found myself locked out.
Phoned them to be told my account is suspended pending review and they will be in touch "in a few days" to let me know outcome.
I have absolutely no idea why, I haven't missed any payments (in fact none due yet) and my financial circumstances have not changed in any way.
They refuse to put me through to anyone who can tell me what the issue is, or tell me exactly if/ when it will be resolved.
Absolutely fuming.
