Lures you in with a flashy reward scheme and a high interest rate, and then have progressively "amended" their terms and conditions to reduce the interest rate, remove rewards, cap benefits and overall make the account totally pointless. As of today the account has a £5 monthly fee, and the total 1|2|3 benefits are now capped at £5!! So what's the point? Shameful...

Simple, easy, intuitive and it just works. More than can be said for virtually all "major" banks who seem to go out of their way to make like complex - good for them and annoying for customers.
