I got my first ever loan with Amigo when i was rejected by the banks for not having enough information on my credit file. The Customer service team were so friendly and talked me through everything making sure i understood. Each time i call i get the same service if not better. I've moved jobs since my loan and have had issues with payroll which caused some issues with pay dates. Again the team were empathetic and moved my repayment dates with no hassle.
