Decent 0% offer, but not a great online experience

Their 0% offer was exceptionally long (at the time), so I was delighted to be accepted for this. But the sheer amount of hoops to jump through to log onto the website, and navigate around, just makes it a pain to work with. I really think with a website more around the Capital One/MBNA style, would make it more appealing and easy to get around! As a result I have just set up a DD, and don't really go on there any more to check statements etc.!

I had a good introductory offer so put some money in and have been drip feeding each month. It's not performed great, but no one has really, and the introductory offer means I am covered. I like the website, and the app, and the communications are good too!

Yeah I quite like Revolut - one of the new app only banks, but you can still have a physical card if you want. The easiest I find it for is paying friends when you owe them money - it is dead easy, and super simple if you both have the app!

Chip have consistently offered the best easy-access rate over the past year, and whenever I have an issue, I can easily get it resolved via the app; either by a bot, or by a real person!
