Was used in Australia with no problem until I had to use a PIN and it said incorrect PIN, even though I checked it again online. Then for some reason I couldn't log into the mobile app or online, it said they would send me a OTP and I am still waiting, 3 phone calls later and i am still no further forward. I think I have at least £400 on there but cant access it. Customer service said they will report it and get back to me ...... still waiting not impressed. My sister had the same problem...
