Was used in Australia with no problem until I had to use a PIN and it said incorrect PIN, even though I checked it again online. Then for some reason I couldn't log into the mobile app or online, it said they would send me a OTP and I am still waiting, 3 phone calls later and i am still no further forward. I think I have at least £400 on there but cant access it. Customer service said they will report it and get back to me ...... still waiting not impressed. My sister had the same problem... Wont use it again
