My experience with Pockit has been a NIGHTMARE. They are treating me like an idiot. I lost £150, my shopping money at an ATM machine on Sunday 28th May. The Link machine providers say its the responsibility of the bank to sort it. That's a joke... I have been phoning and emailing ever since to try to sort it. They refuse to discuss it with me, and have blocked my account. The people I have spoken with are condescending and patronising and because I am an OAP, and not good with technology treat me as if I'm totally stupid. I cannot afford to lose this money, and why should I? I will fight them until I get it back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
