Having used RBS for many years, it was such a relief to have a bank that allowed us to operate online, so that we can make electronic payments and move into the modern era. Also allowed us to open linked accounts that mean we can move any spare funds into a higher interest account until we need it. Again all done online. Logging in is a bit fiddly with the digipass, but seems secure.
I have already recommended Triodos to others and hope to open an account for another charity that I volunteer with.

Not the best savings rates, but the ethics are more important and I do not know of any other bank that works in this way, funding projects I support and looking for transformational change in society.
